This blue commemorative plaque records: Dante Gabriel Rossetti (1828-1882) & Elizabeth Eleanor Siddal (1829-1862) Pre-Raphaelite artists and poets stayed here in 1854.
Dante Gabriel Rossetti was a leading figure of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood, known for his poetic and artistic works; Elizabeth Siddal was a model and poet who became Rossetti's wife and inspired many of his paintings.
