Crutherland Cave

Cave

Why this matters

A local cave; wider significance not recorded.

What is recorded here

Crutherland Cave was named in the late 2000s by Chris Ladds, an East Kilbride based historian. Prior to that time it is unclear what if any formal name it had. It was referred to at least two times in the latter half of the 1800s as Wallaces Cave.
