Crucifixion plaque in Toberelva is a crucifixion plaque in Toberelva, County Roscommon, Ireland. The fragment measures 0.95m high, 0.85m wide and 0.15m thick, depicts Christ and two figures in relief, and is missing its bottom edge. It stands within the church on a slight south-facing slope, beside a small D-shaped graveyard where the church and well were conserved in the 1990s.

On a slight S-facing slope. Also within the church (RO027-029001-) is a fragment of a crucifixion plaque (H 0.95m; Wth 0.85m; T 0.15m) depicting Christ and two figures in relief, although the bottom of the stone is missing.
