Crosswood 5

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Crosswood 5 as Cairn (modern), Cup and Ring Marked Stone (neolithic) - (bronze Age). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Neolithic cup and ring marked stone, possibly later reused in a Bronze Age or modern cairn. It is significant as a rare surviving example of prehistoric rock art in an otherwise unremarkable landscape.
