Cross-slab in Clonmacnoise

Clonmacnoise grave-slab inventory (1992) number: CLN00294 Dimensions: H 0.40, W 0.335, T 0.02 Outline expansional cross with median line. The circular central and semicircular terminal expansions are blank. Maclaister recorded the slab in two pieces (129 and 130) not realising they were from the same slab. They were put back together by the OPW in 1954-58. Inscription: Petrie recorded 'OR DO D[O]RA[ID]' part of the 'D[O]RA is still visible. Evidence of discovery: Petrie 1822. Refound post 1949 (?).
