Inscription: Part of an inscription 'OR DO' Evidence of discovery: OPW 1954-58 Condition: Left/Upper cross arms and partial inscription only. Dated to the early medieval period (c. 8th–10th century), the cross-slab likely served a Christian funerary or commemorative function. The triple outline ring cross is typical of Insular art, and the partial inscription "OR DO" may be an abbreviation of a personal name or religious phrase.
