Cartron holds a small cross-slab marked for Ballinakill Church, still standing as a grave marker. Its deep Latin cross ends in a strange T-shape, while a round hole pierces the top like a forgotten switch. The stone may have measured a life, tied a rope, or simply marked the place where human flesh stopped resisting time.

Within the graveyard (GA022-012001-) associated with 'Ballinakill Church' (GA022-012001-). This cross-slab (H 0.62m; Wth 0.22m; T 0.1m), presently used as a grave-marker, bears a deeply incised Latin cross with a T-shaped terminal at its base.
