Kilmore parish church in County Meath once held a small cross-inscribed stone, now vanished from the graveyard. The slab measured about half a metre long and carried a deep cross with flaring ends, the kind of mark that suggests prayer rather than display. It may have stood at a burial, a boundary, or a quiet devotion forgotten by later hands.

Within the graveyard of Kilmore parish church (ME043-042----). A slab (dims c. 0.5m x c. 0.2-0.35m; T 0.1m) with a deeply incised cross (H c. 0.2m; span c. 0.2m) that has expanding terminals (Wth of lines c. 2cm) was found c. 1970 (Moore 1975, 43, No. 23), but it is not now visible in the graveyard.
