The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Prehistoric cairnfield with medieval and post-medieval shieling huts; the site reflects long-term land use in a mountainous Scottish landscape. Its significance lies in illustrating the continuity of human activity from the Neolithic or Bronze Age through to later periods.
