CRANNOG, an unlocated crannog in Drumderg and Trillick, County Fermanagh, likely stood as a small island dwelling amid water and reeds. People may have built timber platforms, kept livestock, and watched storms pass over the lake. The site has vanished from modern identification, but the name preserves a human-made place where water, soil, and ingenuity met.
