Craig an Eich is a sea cliff composed primarily of Silurian greywacke, part of the Dalradian Supergroup, formed around 440–420 million years ago through sedimentation and subsequent metamorphism. It is notable for its resistant rock formation, which has withstood coastal erosion, contributing to the rugged topography of the Scottish coastline.
