What is recorded here

Coollagagh holds a court tomb where ancient people laid their dead beneath heavy stone. The structure still stands in County Mayo, waiting for human hands to remember what it kept.

Court tomb, dating to the Neolithic period (c. 3500–2500 BCE). These tombs are significant as early communal burial sites and reflect the megalithic building traditions of west Ireland.
