Count Louis Zborowski, a Polish aristocrat and racing driver, constructed two modified Chitty Chitty Bang Bang racing cars at the former Bligh Brothers Coachworks in Sydney between 1921 and 1922. These cars were significant in early Australian motorsport and inspired the fictional car in the Roald Dahl story.
