Corgarff Castle is a 16th-century rubble tower in Aberdeenshire, built in 1537 as the fortified home of the Forbeses of Corgarff. It survived Gordon fires, Jacobite musters and Hanoverian gunpowder before becoming a whisky-smuggling garrison until 1831. The stone still holds the shape of every occupation, waiting for a person brave enough to imagine the lives hidden inside its angular shadows.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Corgarff Castle as Building (period Unassigned). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Corgarff Castle was built in the 16th century by the Gordon family, a powerful Scottish noble clan. It is remembered as a historic stronghold associated with the Gordons of Corgarff and as an example of late medieval Scottish castle architecture.
