Copa Ceiliog rises to approximately 550 metres and is part of the rugged terrain of the Carneddau range in northern Wales. Its name, possibly derived from the Welsh for "Honeycomb Peak," reflects the area's traditional landscape associations, and it contributes to the geographical and recreational significance of the region.
