Commemorative plaque 78043

This blue commemorative plaque records: In the early 19th century the Peacock Pub stood on this site. Before that it was a Bakehouse. The original cottages were replaced by a single dwelling in the late 1940's by local craftsman, Walter Bray, who reused the original Northamptonshire quarried stone in the construction of the house that stands today.
