Bournemouth's original Quaker meeting house stood on part of this site for 82 years before being given to Marks & Spencer in 1964 in exchange for the present Quaker meeting house in Wharcliffe Road, Boscombe Recorded plaque organisation: Borough of Bournemouth, Marks & Spencer, Religious Society of Friends.
