Cofiwch Dryweryn is a sea cliff associated with the legacy of the Tryweryn Valley, where a village was flooded in 1955 to create a reservoir for Liverpool. The rocks exposed in the cliff are primarily Carboniferous limestone, formed around 340 million years ago through the accumulation of marine sediments. The site is notable for its historical and cultural significance rather than its geological uniqueness.
