Cooke 1811 - 1880 Thomas M. Richardson Jnr. 1813 - 1890 Thomas C. L. Rowbotham 1823 - 1875 Myles B. Foster 1825 - 1899 Ernest A. Clarkson Stanfield, Edward William Cooke, Thomas M. Richardson Jnr., Thomas C. L. Rowbotham, Myles Birket Foster, and Ernest Waterlow were prominent 19th-century British watercolor artists known for their landscape paintings; they frequently visited Bonchurch Shore, which inspired many of their works.
