Church in Lixnaw

The only reference we have to this church is from Dr Moriarty's diary, referring to the baptismal register for Lixnaw, which states that there was an old mud church here in 1814. The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 951.
