What is recorded here

Nobody knows when the church fell or why the graveyard emptied. That uncertainty belongs to the site now: a lost worship place in County Fermanagh, remembered only through the hole it left behind. The woods may still hide its stones, or the soil may have taken even the ruins. What is certain is that people stood there, prayed there and buried someone they loved.
