Childrens Burial Ground is a children's burial ground within a Galway ringfort where small set stones still mark east-west graves. It remained in use until roughly fifty-five years before O'Flanagan wrote, meaning local families kept returning to that narrow strip of soil long after most ancient rites had faded. The ringfort bank and a low grassed earthen edge enclose the place like a cupped hand, suggesting continuity rather than abandonment.

Within a ringfort (GA016-094----). An irregularly shaped area (E-W 28.8m, N-S 14m) enclosed on W and N sides by a low grassed-over earthen bank and elsewhere by the ringfort bank. Within it, the main concentration of burials is in an unenclosed subrectangular section (E-W 14.2m, N-S 11m). Here, small set stones indicate graves oriented E-W. In use until c. 55 years ago.
