No stones or ditches mark the children's burial ground in Lissacarha, County Galway, yet local memory keeps the quiet field separate from ordinary farmland. The story reaches back decades, carrying the weight of small losses that the land absorbed without warning or display. Forgetting would be natural, but remembering is an act of love.
Within an enclosure (GA018-044----). According to local tradition, the interior of the enclosure was used as a CBG as recently as 30 years ago.
