Yes. An adult graveyard holds finished stories, but a children's burial ground holds interrupted ones. The distinction is not decoration. It is the difference between a life that completed its shape and a life cut before it finished forming. That is why the old rule placed water between them. The stream did not separate the dead from the living. It separated the two kinds of loss.

On N side of a coastal by-road c. 125m E of Gorteen graveyard (GA063-001----). Site of CBG now occupied by a garage. (A local man explained that there should always be flowing water between a CBG and a proper graveyard and that was why this one was separated from the graveyard by a small stream.)
