Castlehill is a farmstead in Aberdeenshire where a natural hillock may have worn the shape of a medieval motte before becoming a familiar local landmark. Aerial photography still shows faint cropmarks of a possible enclosure, hinting that people once drew a boundary around the rise. The name itself keeps the castle idea alive, even when the stones no longer answer it.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Castlehill as Farmstead (period Unassigned). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
