What is recorded here

Castle Kennedy Station ran through Dumfries and Galloway in the 19th Century, moving people and goods past ancient land. The railway cut a straight line through older, deeper time. Trucks rumbled, guards called, and lives hurried forward while the castle watched from above. Speed changed the region, but the land kept its patience.
Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Castle Kennedy, Station as Railway Station (19th Century). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
