Castle Kennedy stands beside Inch Parish Church, where a monument marks John Alexander and a war memorial records later losses. The burial ground has received bodies since the nineteenth century, while the church and monuments continued attracting visitors through the twentieth century. Together they form a small cluster where personal memory, public faith and national grief still occupy the same ground.
