What is recorded here

Castle Hill in Kirklees is an Iron Age hill fort where people climbed above the valley to watch, resist or simply belong. The grassy ridge still stands out across the land, suggesting that visibility itself was the point. Modern towers and roads compete with that old claim, but the hilltop remains a place for looking back as much as ahead.
