Castell Bodelwyddan is a castle in north Wales where generations of women learned music, swam in a private pool and played golf before the school closed in 1982. It became a public museum and arts centre, then closed again in 2019 when it went up for sale. The castle has changed owners and purposes many times, and each change left a new mark on its rooms, gardens and walls.
