The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Bronze Age cairn and cemetery with associated cists and inhumations, dating to approximately 2000–800 BCE. The site is significant as a burial and ritual complex reflecting early Bronze Age funerary practices in central Scotland.
