Cambrian House and Thomas Spittle blue plaque

This blue commemorative plaque records: Cambrian House. Built in 1854 for Thomas Spittle, who developed the Cambrian Foundry on a site later known as Spittle's Point. He also owned works on the east bank where three iron ships were launched.
