Caistel Nan Corr stands as a ruined L-shaped tower house in a Creich meadow, its thick walls reduced to fragile fragments above a wet floodplain. The site keeps a quiet danger, hiding a scarce ledge and a reused quern stone within its rubble while river water still threatens its base. People may have lived inside this small strong room before robbery and time stripped it away, leaving only a vague platform for imagination to occupy.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Caistel Nan Corr as Castle (medieval). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
