Half a metre of mixed stone still stands in cutaway bog on an east-facing slope, watching the Dromoghty River valley breathe below. Its oval body measures barely four metres across, yet it has survived knives, water and forgetting. The hollow centre may have held fire, bone or simply shadow, but the stones were placed with enough intention to resist erasure.

In cutaway bog, on an E-facing slope, overlooking the valley of the Dromoghty River. An oval cairn (4.4m NW-SE; 3.6m NE-SW; H 0.6m) of stones varying in size and shape, protrudes above the surface of the bog. There is a depression in the centre of the cairn.
