Cairn is a cairn, unclassified in Coolagarry (athlone South By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. The grass-covered earth and stone mound measures 4.3 metres east-west, 4.1 metres north-south and rises 0.9 to 1.4 metres above the ground. Facing stones remain visible from the southwest through northwest and at the east edge of the original 3-metre diameter. A barrow stands about 20 metres to the southwest on the same slight rise.
On a slight E-W rise. Grass-covered earth an stone mound (diam. 4.3m E-W; 4.1m N-S; H 0.9-1.4m) with facing stones visible SW-NW and at E (original diam. 3m E-W). Barrow (RO048-002001-) is c. 20m to the SW.
