What is recorded here
Death came early and often in Templemoyle, so the living learned to bury quickly and remember differently. The exact grave has vanished from human maps, but the earth still keeps its part of the contract. When people died young, they stopped asking permission from the gods and taught their children to watch the horizon instead.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as BURIAL (O.S. memoir site, unlocated). Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
