Burial in Waterford City is a burial in Waterford City, County Waterford, Ireland. Archaeological testing at Grubb's Lane exposed disturbed burial deposits. Those deposits undoubtedly belonged to St. Catherine's Abbey, which may have stood about 100 metres to the east-southeast.
Archaeological testing (04E0551) by Niall Gregory at Grubb's Lane produced disturbed burial deposits, which would undoubtedly have come from St. Catherine's Abbey (WA009-005029-) which was in the vicinity and may have been c. 100m to the ESE. (Gregory 2007).
