Keelkill in County Mayo holds a burial whose details have not yet been shared. The name itself suggests a narrow kill where water or shadow moves quickly, and the act of burying someone there implies trust in that hidden depth. Perhaps the dead were laid near running water because the living believed the current could carry memory forward.
