Situated on a low hillock. A mortuary chapel to the W of what was probably a Catholic chapel (RO021-064001-) was built in 1865 for the Irwin family of Rathmoyle, and conserved in the 1990s (Mannion 1998). It, and the church (RO021-064001-) are within a rectangular graveyard (dims c. 70m E-W; c. 60m N-S) defined by masonry walls.
