Bulmer Hobson

Bulmer Hobson was born in Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland in 1883. He became a leading member of the Irish Volunteers and the Irish Republican Brotherhood before the Easter Rising in 1916, yet he opposed the Rising being carried out and attempted to prevent it.
