Boundary/retaining walls flanking underpass road associated with railway bridge (15310047), built c.1848. Constructed of coursed squared limestone rubble with a pulvinated string course at ground level. Coursed rubble limestone wall, having dressed limestone capping over, to west side running along canal towpath having dressed limestone gate piers (on circular plan). Located to the west end of Mullingar between canal and railway station.
