Brunt Knott rises to approximately 286 meters (940 feet) and is part of the rugged terrain of the Lake District in northwest England. It is composed primarily of volcanic and sedimentary rocks from the Ordovician period, typical of the region's geological history. As a local high point, it contributes to the character of the surrounding fells and offers panoramic views of the Lake District landscape.
