Lewis & Lewis Consulting Engineers Westminster Constructed by J.T. Mackley & Co. Ltd. Contractors Shoreham-By-Sea A.R.T. Williams Commander R.N. (RET.) Clerk, Harbour Master & Engineer. Recorded plaque organisation: Shoreham Harbour Trustees.
