Half a mile north of Brodie Castle, a possible tower still stands inside the old policies, named for Lady Margaret though no date or deed survives to prove when she lived there. The Post Medieval label and empty image list leave the chamber dark, but a woman may have watched the valley from that height, marking storms or visitors before the castle below became the main story.

The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Brodie Castle, including Lady Margaret's Tower, was built by the Brodie family, a prominent Scottish clan, with construction beginning in the 16th century and continuing into the 17th century. The castle and its associated structures are important as a historic seat of the Brodies and as an example of Scottish Renaissance architecture.
