Brahan Castle, Parkland occupies a small Highland footprint in Ross and Cromarty, preserving a post-medieval landscape rather than a standing tower. The parkland likely shaped the castle estate, giving grounds for walking, working or watching the land around Urray. Much of its history has faded from formal notice, but the boundary between garden and wild ground still marks how people once lived beside the castle.
