Bowl barrow at Hollow Heath is a Neolithic round barrow, dating to approximately 2500–2000 BCE. Such barrows are significant as early funerary monuments, often containing burial remains and artefacts, and represent some of the earliest forms of ceremonial earthworks in the British Isles.
