Why this matters

Blaen Pig is a minor upland feature in the Forest of Dean area, with an elevation of approximately 200–250 metres. It lies within a region of Carboniferous limestone and sandstone, and while not prominent in folklore, it contributes to the ecological and geographical character of the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
