The *Bessie* was a small coastal vessel, likely a fishing or trading boat, active in Scottish waters during the late 19th or early 20th century. It was lost in a storm off the Scottish coast, resulting in the deaths of all four crew members; the wreck remains an important local maritime archaeological site.
