Lenadoon is a six-day battle in Belfast where a housing dispute became a war of bullets and anger. On 9 July 1972, British tanks blocked a road, ramed a truck, and the IRA killed the truce. For days the estate shook from gunfight, bomb and revenge until twenty-eight people were dead. The stone beneath still holds the shape of that fury.
Battle of Lenadoon is a battle in County Antrim, Ireland.
