Barrow

Situated S of an E-W trackway leading W from sixth fairway of golf course. A ring-barrow (max. ext. diam. 21m N-S), completely overgrown with furze, defined by a domed central mound (diam. 12m; H 0.5-0.7m), a flat bottomed fosse (Wth 0.7-1m), and an outer bank (Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 0.3m). The trackway abuts the outer bank at N.
