Barrow

In pasture, on top of a low rise. A circular mound (7m NE-SW; 7.4m NW-SE) defined by a scarp (H 0.6m) kerbed with sod-covered upright stones. The kerbstones are mostly contiguous or close-set, though there are some gaps and a few project slightly above the level of the mound. The top of the mound is slightly sunken. Conjoined at NE is another mound (SL040-149002-). The junction of the two mounds is barely perceptible and is marked by two kerbstones which barely project above the sod. The S and SE edges of both barrows are obscured by overgrowth.
